Dear Eggs,
I thank you for the nice amount of protien you give me. I eat you every day I have a test,
because you bost my brain power. Except for meats you have the most amout of protien for amount
of food. You also provide a good source of potasium, calcium, and folate for A good digestive
system, strong bones, and to help maintain new cells respectively. You also go great with cheese,
bacon, and potatoes.
