1. I found out that over 5,000 enzymes have been discovered since 1930, enzymes fall into 3 categories; metabolic, digestive, and food enzymes, and finally, they can only function in presice settings.
2. No, I already eat healthy and understand these processes.(I'm going to major in food nutrition and I want to be a personal trainer)

              Enzymes Article 

1. By reading this article I learned that if humans and animals have a diet of largely cooked foods their 

organs and glands will shrink compared to their Pancreas organs which will increase in size.

2. I also learned that many enzymes are included in raw foods, which in many cultures are eat as is and 

not cooked.
