Enzymes Article
1. By reading this article I learned that if humans and animals have a diet of largely cooked foods their
organs and glands will shrink compared to their Pancreas organs which will increase in size.
2. I also learned that many enzymes are included in raw foods, which in many cultures are eat as is and
not cooked.
